Andy Williamson

Interim Chief Executive
Andy has been a successful fundraiser for more than 40 years in a career that started as a volunteer with the Samaritans and then going on to senior positions at NSPCC, Marie Curie, Cancer Research and the Air Ambulance. A devoted family man, he has been married to Linda for 41 years with two sons and adopted grandchildren. Andy loves travel, musical theatre and all sport and describes his passion as “doing something useful”.

Jo Anderson

Director of People/Deputy Chief Executive
Jo is an experienced leader in HR, driving diversity, inclusion, engagement, and cultural change across complex organisations. Known for challenging the status quo, she takes a pragmatic approach to solving core people challenges. As Deputy CEO, Jo leads our people function, focusing on team stability and fostering a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Dave Buttress

Director of Income Generation
With 35+ years in retail, Dave will lead NOAH’s income generation, focusing on expanding our retail offering. His experience spans both commercial and charity sectors, including roles at The Air Ambulance Service, Woodgreen, Iceland, Tesco, and the Company Shop Group. Dave excels in building effective teams and refining retail infrastructure, and his expertise will drive growth and innovation, ensuring sustainable income to support NOAH’s mission for years to come.

Robert Goodliffe

Director of Welfare Services
Rob leads NOAH’s Welfare Services, focused on enhancing and expanding support for the homeless community. With extensive experience in services for individuals with complex needs, including roles in prison services, education, and managing homeless services across three counties, Rob has been instrumental in designing tailored support for those facing homelessness.

Anne-Marie Bennett

Finance Director

An experienced Finance Director – Anne Marie has over 30 years’ experience working in large multinational groups, small privately owned businesses, international joint ventures and charities. A significant proportion of her career has been in manufacturing, aviation, aerospace, electronics and defence businesses with long-term contracts where strong bid management, project reporting, and understanding profitability and risk is paramount. She has worked in areas as diverse as children’s animation, licensing and merchandising and higher education. In addition to strategic, operational and commercial responsibilities in numerous Finance Director roles, Anne Marie has experience in MBO’s, VC/PE fundraising, due diligence, acquisitions, and disposals.

Paul Jesson

Finance Director

Top 4 trained Chartered Accountant, Finance Director with nearly 30 years of accounting and commercial experience. In the last 10 years Paul has majored in the SME world in which he has held several roles as employed Financial Director positions, in a number of sectors including engineering, manufacturing, renewables and SAAS businesses, helping these businesses grow whilst managing financial and commercial risk. Paul is also MD of the Luton office of EFM, managing a team of professionals, offering their clients a range of value adding financial management services
