About The Luton Sleepout
When we think of homelessness, we often picture someone sleeping rough. But across Luton, homelessness takes many forms, including sofa surfing with no fixed address, families in temporary accommodation, and people fleeing unsafe homes.
This March, three local charities are coming together to give you a glimpse of what it means to sleep somewhere unfamiliar, somewhere that is not home. NOAH Enterprise, IMPAKT Housing & Support, and Stepping Stones are uniting for one night at Luton Point.
This is not a simulation of rough sleeping. It is a respectful, safe event designed to spark conversation, challenge stigma, and support real solutions.
What to Expect
On Saturday 21 March 2026, you will join supporters from across Luton for The Luton Sleepout at Luton Point, spending the night in a safe, supervised space to help raise funds and awareness around homelessness in our town. You will hear from the partner charities and lived experience speakers, take part in simple activities such as quizzes and team challenges, and meet others who are standing together for change.
You will need to bring warm layers and a sleeping bag, and you will sleep either indoors (groups and under 18s) or outdoors (18+) depending on your booking. This is not a simulation of rough sleeping, but an opportunity to learn, reflect, and take action by fundraising and sharing the message in your community.
