Outreach Service
Our outreach service engages with people living on the streets and persuades them to engage in turn with our wider span of services. We also attempt to support people on the margins of society in their own homes, helping them to live independently and improve their own living environment.
What to do if you spot someone rough sleeping
Streetlink are a service that gives the public the opportunity to alert local authorities in England and Wales about rough sleepers in their area.
If you are concerned about someone sleeping rough, get in touch so that they can be connected to the local support and services that they need, like NOAH.
