Recruitment Service Project Supervisor

37.5 hours per week

Salary £24,000

We are seeking to engage a Recruitment Service Project Supervisor to play a pivotal leadership role within NOAH’s new inclusive Recruitment Service. The successful candidate will work with our Welfare and Academy teams to transition clients towards employment through training and meaningful work experience, eventually leading to sustainable employment. The position will initially be on a fixed term contract until the 31st March 2021, with potential to extend. 

The project and role, are key developments in our Welfare and Academy services for disadvantaged and marginalised people. In developing and delivering this service, driven by our values and ethos, you will ensure our clients experience care, compassion and respect as they journey towards sustainable improvements in their lives.

This position will appeal to someone that can establish and develop relationships with key internal and external partners to contribute towards the success of the service. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong networking ability, and be committed to helping vulnerable members of our community improve their lives.
