Full time: 37.5 hours / week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per year
We are looking for an ambitious, driven person with a background in recruitment, HR or sales to help us grow our inclusive recruitment agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with employers and job seekers to fulfil our client’s recruitment needs.
The post-holder will provide a professional recruitment service to businesses and stakeholders, supporting the delivery of a recruitment service for clients of NOAH that values them and provides rich and sustainable employment opportunities. They will work with the Recruitment Service Project Supervisor and business clients to identify and assess suitable clients to fill Rainbow job opportunities.
Working with NOAH clients, you will develop trust and relationships in 1:1 interviews and support them into job opportunities. The post-holder will liaise and work with team colleagues across NOAH, to identify client’s skills and experiences.
Ideal experience and qualifications include:
• Working within the recruitment or HR sector
• Advertising roles, sourcing candidates and screening CVs
• Conducting telephone, online and face to face interviews
• Maintenance of an online applicant tracking system
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above
• Full UK Driving Licence
The ideal candidate will also have experience in working with disadvantaged and marginalised groups as well as with businesses and Voluntary and Community Services.
