Alleviating poverty, bringing hope

NOAH’s values and ethos simply expressed are care, compassion, and commitment, and love for the people we work with and serve. Our values are practically expressed in humble service, helping those in need, in poverty and experiencing disadvantage and marginalisation.

In living out these values as an organisation we will seek as a priority to recruit trustees, staff and volunteers who are committed to and actively live out these values in contributing to the work of our teams.

Project Supervisor – BBO (Building Better Opportunities)

Salary: £24,000 – £27,500
Hours: 37.5 hrs

The BBO Project is at the heart of our Academy 2021-2026 strategic plans delivering support and progression for our clients.

Due to recent significant expansion of our projects funded by BBO and the National Lottery, we are seeking to recruit an experienced project supervisor to oversee the delivery, quality, and administration of a wide range of projects serving those most in need.

Whilst a key part of the Project Supervisor role is overseeing a number of projects and ensure compliance with BBO and National Lottery funding rules and regulation, the ideal candidate will be values driven, putting the people we serve at the heart of all that you do.

You will have an eye for detail, possibly a finance background, and strong project management skills that will enable you to support colleagues to meet the changing needs of our clients. Working with the Assistant Project Supervisor you will track and monitor targets and KPI’S and prepare and submit quarterly claims to deadlines.

NOAH Enterprise is a charity that helps homeless and disadvantaged people to improve their lives by providing emotional and physical care, training in employable skills and work experience opportunities in our charitable businesses. We are driven by our values of Care, Compassion and Commitment, which were inspired by Saint Vincent de Paul, and led to the founding of NOAH and its humble service of those in need.
