Migrant Rough Sleeper Employment Coach

37.5 hours per week (Part-Time pro rata can be negotiated)

Salary £22,000

We are seeking to engage a migrant rough sleeper employment coach to play a pivotal  role within NOAH’s initiative to help Migrant rough sleepers off the streets. The successful candidate will work closely with our Welfare teams and the clients themselves to transition them towards employment through 1:1 meetings and build relationships and trust using motivational interviewing skills. The position will initially be on a fixed term contract until the 31st March 2021, with potential to extend. 

The project and role, are key developments in our Welfare services for disadvantaged and marginalised people. In developing and delivering this service, driven by our values and ethos, you will ensure our clients experience care, compassion and respect as they journey towards sustainable improvements in their lives.

This position will appeal to someone that can establish and develop relationships with the clients in order to understand their ambitions, competencies and challenges. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and administrative skills, and be committed to helping vulnerable members of our community improve their lives.
