Employment Support and Sustainability Coordinator
37.5 hours per week
NOAH Enterprise is a Christian charity with care, compassion and commitment at the core of its support for people who are homeless or otherwise living on the margins of society. We combine a broad range of welfare care with opportunities for work experience and training in craft and life skills. These provide a potential pathway into employment and a sustainable life for our people.

We are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in working with those using our Welfare and Academy services to transition towards employment through training and work experience within NOAH’s social enterprise. We are looking for someone who can play an active role in developing an inclusive recruitment service at NOAH, someone who can build new relationships and develop existing relationships with partners and businesses to help participants progress into work experience, employment or volunteering.
The position will appeal to someone with excellent interpersonal skills, skilled networking ability, and who has the caring and intelligent commitment to helping people improve their lives.
