NOAH’s values and ethos simply expressed are care, compassion, and commitment, and love for the people we work with and serve. Our values are practically expressed in humble service, helping those in need, in poverty and experiencing disadvantage and marginalisation.

In living out these values as an organisation we will seek as a priority to recruit trustees, staff and volunteers who are committed to and actively live out these values in contributing to the work of our teams.

Employability Teacher (Self Employed)

Due to the launch of some exciting new projects, we are looking to partner with likeminded local professionals to deliver our employability work. We are keen to partner with those who have:

    • A desire to support and promote our core values of care, compassion, respect and dignity for the people that we serve
    • Experience of implementing psychological principles to help people to overcome barriers in their lives (e.g. positive psychology, occupational psychology, coaching, motivational management)
    •   Experience of motivating and empowering vulnerable adults
    • An understanding of the needs and requirements of employers and how to best engage with businesses for the benefit of learners
    •  Functional IT skills, such as the ability to create a CV and submit online forms
    • Relevant qualifications, for example in Psychology, coaching, counselling or management
