Alleviating poverty, bringing hope

Noah’s values and ethos simply expressed are care, compassion, and commitment, and love for the people we work with and serve. Our values are practically expressed in humble service, helping those in need, in poverty and experiencing disadvantage and marginalisation.

In living out these values as an organisation we will seek as a priority to recruit trustees, staff and volunteers who are committed to and actively live out these values in contributing to the work of our teams.

NOAH Enterprise is a Christian charity with care, compassion and commitment at the core of its support for people who are homeless or otherwise living on the margins of society. We combine a broad range of welfare care with opportunities for work experience and training in craft and life skills. Our enterprise has been delivering services to vulnerable people throughout Bedfordshire since 1987. Our drop-in welfare centre operates as a place of hope and life support for those sleeping rough in Luton.

If you have a passion for cleaning and want to be involved with an organisation that makes a difference to the lives of vulnerable people, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a cleaner who will want to provide high quality cleaning services to NOAH.

The position will appeal to someone who is capable of ensuring cleanliness at NOAH Welfare and NOAH Academy and take the initiative in identifying and delivering remediation cleaning as well as following direction from the welfare manager.
