Back in 2000 a new Chief Executive took the helm, his name was Jim O’Connor. Over the following 20 years he has dedicated his heart and soul to creating the best possible service for the betterment of those in need in Bedfordshire.

On the 30th April 2020, Jim left NOAH and began his retirement. Simultaneously at this juncture Stella Sinfield also retired as his PA and Head of HR. She joined NOAH in 2003 and has been a source of enormous support for Jim and the whole staff team as well as our many supporters.

In Jim’s stead we welcomed David Morris as our incoming CEO who is joining from the Margins Project in Islington.

Our sincerest thanks for all that Jim has achieved during his time of service and our best wishes to David for the new chapter ahead.
