Alleviating poverty, bringing hope

Trek Madagascar 2022

19th – 30th November 2022

We are inviting adventurous locals to join our first ever trekking challenge on this once-in-a-lifetime trip, on the incredible island of Madagascar.

This 12-day trip will challenge you to 5 days trekking through the spectacular Andringitra National Park, before helping at a community project.

The group will summit the islands highest peak Pic Boby and neighbouring Chameleon Peak, encountering remarkable views. You’ll experience towering mountains, natural swimming pools and exotic rainforests on this unforgettable African adventure. Don’t forget to look out for the endangered lemurs and other unique wildlife of the island, which will be sure to enchant and amaze.

Not only will you be supporting NOAH, but you’ll also get the chance to give back to the Malagasy community that has hosted us. You will help out at a local community project, such as a school, with activities likely to include repainting, improving kitchen facilities, gardening and general maintenance.

The challenge is rated moderate to challenging and you are highly advised to train to a good fitness level prior to departure. We will be hosting regular NOAH walking and trekking sessions which you can join in with and meet the other trekkers.

If you’re still up for the challenge, we promise this will be an experience you’ll never forget!
